Before starting off, I have to reiterate my disdain for the term ‘technical debt’ as a term for work that developers do. Technical Debt is what is incurred, it’s not what is done. I don’t do technical debt. I create debt either intentionally or unintentionally. The work I do is technical investment. More on this in another post.
